He was awesome... so was the assisting staff. They know what they are doing and are very caring. They sent me home with three prescriptions to get filled at the local pharmacy. I think I even got a 2-3 page instructions sheets on what to do beside them verbally explaining the process and recovery. They told me step by step what was going to happen, gave me instruction sheets to go home and made sure I did not wonder off that I had a ride and was not driving home...the BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! I was scared because I have been traumatized in the past by other dentist but I am fully confident and would refer anyone to him in a heartbeat. I did wait in the waiting area, then I watched for any sign to bolt out of there but everything seem to give me confidence. Then I went to xray machine, then I waited for them to review the slide(s), then I went to chair where I waited again they applied the anesthesia, and pulled them out like nothing. First time ever, that I didn't feel any pain whatsoever. Everything went smoothly. Honestly, I only have been to their office once, a couple years ago but they left an impression on me and restored my trust to dentist.

About Front Desk: Ok, I arrived there and they are pretty good. I spent more time waiting (filling out paperwork) than the actual extraction of all my wisdom teeth! I always talk about this staff and the experience to those getting their teeth extracted. I also did my research and looked up his credentials, years of experience, and if he had any complaints or pending disciplinary action. None. I did have insurance but very minimal...I think he also took pymts through a company, not sure, I think. And I paid only abt $500s w/ insurance took care of the rest.

Gardner kept treating the wrong tooth, and I finally had to go to another dentist and the molar had a hole the size of pebble in it...this took a period of three months.. Gardner was more interested in long term and costly treatment plans..

Dr. Gardner is friendly, funny, and definitely not condescending (as some medical professionals tend to be). He removed my wisdom teeth, and there is almost not swelling and not the pain the is not too bad. I did my surgery on Friday and was back to work on Monday. His office staff is very polite and professional.
