It's like having a boot on your mouth.
The office staff refused to do their job filing and following through with my insurance. Before I began filing my claims I found out that the orthodontist had not been doing adjustments because my insurance had not paid. This was not communicated to me until I inquired as to why the adjustments were not painful as they had been in the past. (They were merely changing the rubber bands)
After following through with my insurance everything has been fine but those three months that I was left untreated have been wasted.
The orthodontist does good work but he hires incompetent staff. I do not recommend, they have caused be a great deal of stress.
