Dr. Dillingham kept my money for treatment and never finished the job. He was reviewed by the Dental Review Board for his actions and placed on probation. He promised he would make things right but never did. The Dental Review Board had no power to enforce their recommendations, they could only give him sanctions. The Dental Review Board took so long (over 2 years) to hear my case that the statue of limitations had expired and I could not file my case with the Justice Court to get back my money. Please learn from my mistakes and file your case with the Justice Court and do not depend on the Dental Review Board to help you get your money back. They will just slap the Dentist on the hand and you still have no funds to get your kids teeth fixed.
