I started treatment in the fourth grade. I had braces twice, multiple retainers, and surgery in order to pull teeth. Dr. Long likes to move quickly so expect pain. I would not recommend Dr. Long because when I lost my retainers, the staff made no effort to squeeze me in for an emergency appt. even though I had just got my braces off. Consequently my bottom teeth moved back to their normal positions after two sets of braces in three weeks. That would not have happened if Dr. Long had placed permanent retainers in my mouth. I am very frustrated that we wasted almost 15k on my teeth for the bottom row to have no change from when we started. She also did not do a good job on my sister's case, who was missing a tooth at birth. She did not leave enough room for the implant tooth, and consequently my sister had to get braces for a third time ( WITH A NEW ORTHODONTIST THANK GOD) to make space for it. Nightmare. Would not recommend. EVER.
