I went to see Dr. Nelson trying to get what I thought was overbite corrected (I was referred to Dr. Nelson by a co-worker who had Invisalign treatment with Dr. Nelson and highly recommended him). The new patient coordinator Rivanna was great and made me feel very comfortable. The facilities were pleasant and looked new and up-to-date. Dr. Nelson ended up recommended me to not get braces (he thought my overbite didn't warrant treatment) but rather spend my money on the other problems I was having. I thought that was very professional. Though I ended up not getting treatment from Dr. Nelson, I feel he's someone that I would trust for my orthodontics needs.
