Dr. White treated both my children, did checkups and biannual cleanings for 15 years. They have never had anything except a positive experience, and only one cavity between the two of them. My younger son did need to have a baby tooth extracted around age 8 (the adult tooth below was misaligned and it wouldn't have dropped out by itself), so that was a good test since he was deathly afraid of shots. He was caring, gentle, and afterwards, my son said "was that it?" #2 son also has some other health issues and Dr. White is really on the ball with things like antibiotic prophylaxis. Dr. White's office does file our dental insurance (a point-of-service plan), and his fees are usually just $5 or so higher than the stingy amount that they allow, which is well worth it to us. They rarely keep us waiting more than a few minutes, and there's a great orthodontist (Dr. Ramsay) at the other end of the waiting room, so it's one-stop shopping. The only downside is that he only treats patients until they are 18 (our pediatrician sees patients until they want to go somewhere else), so we had to transition #1 son into the world of adult dentists--but this site helped with that as well. Anyway, I can't recommend Dr. White any more highly!
