Rude, Disrespectful, and VERY Unprofessional! i would never reccomend her as a dentist and i hope the board of dentistry revokes her lisence!
She did not find all the issues with my teeth, she kept pushing the easy work that insurance covers most of instead of the major work that has been bothering me for a long time with a lot of pain! She collected money for my permanent crowns and refuses to complete the work or give me a refund. she also yelled at me in front of customers and yelled that i have financial issues. Each time i steped in for a new appointment something changed and it would cost me about $3000 in addition from the first visit when they made my dental plan.
the first day was supposed to be fillings but they just did x-rays(which i had done a few months priar but they told me not to bring them in so they can charge the insurance company again) and they felt my neck. they explained that the first day is to find all the work needed to be completed then they make a dental plan, they last day they switched everything around on the dental plan missing a complete tooth that needs a crown and 2 teeth that needed onlay's origanlly now need crowns as well, all of this just with in a week! They didn't even clean them!
