* Last year, my wife had a retainer made at their offices. Before it was ordered, the office ensured her that it was covered, but later billed us when insurance didn't cover it completely (I forget the reasons why). Office had me pay the balance on one of my visits without telling me the details. Later, we called the office, were told they'd get back to us about the situation but never did.
* I had deep cleaning done at the office. Before doing so, again the office supposedly checked with Delta Dental and said it was covered. Later, same story, we got stuck with a bill for over $600. The office refused to take responsibility for the errors.
* We asked for a payment plan to help pay the bill. I was thinking this plan would be between me and the office but the office applied for and got opened a CareCredit account in my name. This was done without me knowing as the person at the office only talked to my wife on the phone and I never signed anything that would request new credit. Very reckless actions that affected my credit score when we were in the process of getting a home loan approved.
So based on these experiences, we've come to the conclusion the office is unprofessional and unethical.

DR.Kavianpour and her staff are very friendly and professional.she is wonderful, well experienced dentist who cares personably about each of her patient. she is someone I trust with all my dental needs.
About Hygienist: very gentle and thorough

I came in this office in excruciating pain Dr. Kavianpour and her staff went out their ways to comfort me. Within 20 min I was taking care of. I have been going this office for seven years. Dr. Kavianpour has a gentle touch, Great office, and courteous staff. On top of that they worked with me for financing. I have no hesitation to refer others to this office as I have already referred several family members and friends. God bless you Dr. Kavianpour.

Rude, Disrespectful, and VERY Unprofessional! i would never reccomend her as a dentist and i hope the board of dentistry revokes her lisence!
She did not find all the issues with my teeth, she kept pushing the easy work that insurance covers most of instead of the major work that has been bothering me for a long time with a lot of pain! She collected money for my permanent crowns and refuses to complete the work or give me a refund. she also yelled at me in front of customers and yelled that i have financial issues. Each time i steped in for a new appointment something changed and it would cost me about $3000 in addition from the first visit when they made my dental plan.
the first day was supposed to be fillings but they just did x-rays(which i had done a few months priar but they told me not to bring them in so they can charge the insurance company again) and they felt my neck. they explained that the first day is to find all the work needed to be completed then they make a dental plan, they last day they switched everything around on the dental plan missing a complete tooth that needs a crown and 2 teeth that needed onlay's origanlly now need crowns as well, all of this just with in a week! They didn't even clean them!

This is the worst dentist office that I have ever been to. I actually still had numerous coffee stains on my teeth after leaving their office from getting a cleaning (these coffee stains came right off with a pick at home in about 30 seconds!). They should have been far more focused on cleaning my teeth and less focused on constantly trying to sell me Zoom Teeth Whitening, at home bleeching trays, and other expensive products. Lastly, they cut my mouth in several places, and just seemed generaly careless and unproffessional. This must explain why they mail out advertisements every other week- they can't keep patients!
About Hygienist: Poor work, careless, and the Dr. was not any better!

I am a total coward when it comes to dentistry, but this dentist is great in dealing with cases like mine. Between oral sediation, nitros, and just doing everything she can to minimize the stress, she is fantastic.
Cannot recommend highly enough, especially for dental cowards!!!

this doctor did did my compled dental venneers and I feel a lot
yonger and have a wonderfull good looking smile. Her hand performed a magical Art on my tooth.
