Extremely poor customer service. I got useless estimate for my insurance payment, ended up paying for services 100 % out of my pocket while having insurance. A dental office personnel submitting claims on behalf of patients lack knowledge about insurance policies rules and provide misleading information about benefits. While submitting claims to insurance company is regarded as courtesy to patients, it needs to be done well, or not at all. Any attempt to work out fair solution for billing issues resulting from lack of real time estimate of insurance benefits with the dental office failed. A dental office chose to lose a patient rather than few dollars.
