About Front Desk: Rudest front office staff I have ever encountered. They took it upon themselves to schedule my children appointments. I did not schedule these appointments. Then they were extremely rude to me when I called up tell them I never scheduled the appointments. They said their was no manager or owner that could call me back concerning how rude they were. I believe the lady on the phone was named Carly. But I was honestly so appalled by how rude she was that I may have heard her wrong.
