Do not go to Dr. Stephanie Paswater. I had a horrible nightmare where this dentist failed to get "approval" from my dental insurance. In fact, her office told me I was approved and ready for the procedure. Then they came back to me weeks later and said “Oops. We didn’t get approval.” When I called my dental insurance the billing customer service representative said, "Dr Stephanie Paswater messed up. They did not even get our approval to do this procedure and you should not have to pay." I followed up with a friendly letter explaining the facts and Dr. Stephanie Paswater wrote a terribly aggressive letter back explaining they would not do anything. Her dental office billing representative admitted they had made a mistake -- one they refused to own or share in.
