I had several cleanings, no problem, then Dr. Passwaters said I had my very first cavity at age 38. Ok, I let her fill it. Next visit she said I had another cavity! I got a second opinion and the new Dr said "no cavity, looks fine". 3 years later still no cavity. My wife tried to get a crown. After several botched tries and months with a painful tooth, Dr. Passwaters said she just needs to get used to it. We went to another dentist who adjusted it within a few minutes and the pain when chewing was gone, however, he said it didn't look right and sent her to a specialist. The specialist did an xray that showed it was never done right and needed to be redone. Before we could get back to Dr. Passwaters, the crown broke and fell off. Dr. Passwaters refused to take responsibility, and when confronted with the xray showing the problem, said "It could have been photoshopped"!

About Front Desk: Friendly, but had problems with surprise billing us LONG after the appointment.
