About Front Desk: Front desk was helpful and very nice especially when needing to reschedule my appts. They were very apologetic and seemed like they were forced to make up excuses and felt bad. There is a new front office employee yearly. That says a lot of how a place of employment treats their employees from and inside perspective. That alone is a red flag!

About Hygienist: The hygienist in fact was very nice and was actually always there to do my annual cleanings, however, the dentist was never there to do my annual exams.
