After entrusting Dr. Tran to do the best work possible two years ago after a medical emergency I had happen, here I am two years later with poor workmanship and an unhelpful Doctor.
My insurance covered everything no reason to cut corners anywhere, however the work I had done felt shoddy. The wing that connected my bridgework felt unmistakably cheap and not secure. A year later as I am having lunch and chewing on on my right side my wing on my front tooth falls off. I attempted to ask if they would work with me being that I'm having issues so soon.
Needless to say the only response I got was asking for $2000 to do work similar to what was done on my bridge. Don't think so not going to be in the same boat two years from now.
To top it off the nerve to ask when I can come in to get my 6 month cleaning...really? My main concern is my falling tooth... NOT seeing the hygienist.
Found a new dentist and have stopped referring friends and colleagues as I would hate for anyone to experience the run around. My recommendation do your research and know whom you're going to entrust your health in.
