Dr. Thompson performed my root canal. It was a complete success. I was in pain when I arrived to his office. He was very nice, professional, concerned, and very confident. He knew I was in pain and didn't make the exam too hard on me when he was examining my tooth. The procedure was painless. I received the correct amount of medication to numb the area where the root canal was being done. His chair-side manners were great as well as his Dental Assistant Cherrie. They worked well together and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. She was very nice, polite, and professional as well. All through the procedure they both asked me how was I doing and showed lots of concern. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a root canal because they were the best. I felt comfortable and at ease. I was scared at first because off rumors I have heard about root canals. Those rumors are totally false and I had the best experience. If I need another one in the future I will most definitely go back to Lone Star Endodontics immediately. The other staff members at the facility were very nice, polite, and professional as well. Congrats they were the BEST!!!!!!!

About Front Desk: Renae worked at the front desk. She was very nice, polite, and professional as she greeted when I entered the building. I signed in and she gave me all the paperwork. I signed all papers and gave them back to her. Cathi handled the insurance part and she was very nice, polite, and professional as well. They are great at what they do and I appreciate all the help and concern I received from them. AWESOME!!!!!!!!
