My Girlfriend recently went into his new office at Grand Plaza Dental in San Marcos and has had HORRIBLE customer service. Although Dr. Patton seems friendly, his staff is very rude and unorganized. She had 2 root canals done, with crowns to be done on the second visit. Well, at the second visit, they told her that she is only getting a cleaning, and not having her crowns put on. My girlfriend, already drugged up (because they told her to be the night before) can't sign anything, and they didn't ask her to come in beforehand to sign the paperwork. In addition, the temporary crowns the put in a couple weeks before fell out.
In addition, they could never provide a "real" estimate on paper. They put it on a stickey note, saying that they couldn't figure out the computers yet. Then, of course, they tacked on an extra $400 during the treatment itself. I felt like I was being sold a car by his staff. Very unprofessional.
