Unfortunately I only saw Dr. Kowalski once since they require customers to pay up front and be reimbursed by insurance. I don't think that dentists should make the customer come up with the money up front when they have insurance.
He did seem very competent and nice, as did his staff and the office was very nice, (if a little bit like an assembly-line with the many treatment pods.)
