Dr. Kowalski is a nice man. However, he is incapable of hearing his patient. If you want drugs, go here. I had a tooth that needed a crown and a root canal. The root canal was not even mentioned, I was left in pain for a month, even after calling three times about extreme pain. I was given pain meds and told to wait three weeks for things to calm down. When it was time to deliver the crown I was in so much pain it was impossible to be numbed, and I had a bad infection. After the root canal, the crown was delivered with MINOR adjustment to my bite. Weeks later, after constant pain, I returned to have the crown adjusted. It was ground down round, no points. After waiting a week for the pain to subside, it continued, and worsened. I attempted to call the Dr. for advice on the next steps. My call was never returned. Dr. kept saying that I have gum disease, needed a deep cleaning. Hygenist told me my gums had all healthy numbers. Upon returning to the office to retrive all my x-rays, the x-ray taken at the Endodontist office was not included, neither was the follow up letter. Today I went to a different dentist who adjusted my VERY HIGH crown, feeling much better now. That cost $138 out of my pocket, thanks Dr. Kowalski
