Following up.I spoke with front receptionist as to why she didn't follow up with my referral, she knew I needed a referral to see the surgeon, otherwise the Ins. Co.wouldn't pay. Now she's trying to blame me, use me as the excuse of their lack of follow through. She now states s that I was suppose to come to the office first and sign/ decide what procedure I wanted done by the surgeon. "Even without first seeing the surgeon". I reminded her per our conversation she would forward the paper work needed to the surgeon office and I could sign it there. She had assured me she would have the referral sent Prior to my appointment. She didn't and I couldn't go to the appointment that I was waiting weeks for!I So I said. OK What is it you need cause I now have a 2nd appointment scheduled and "HAVE" to get that referral. She said, Oh the surgeon has it! HOW? HOW do they have it now? nothing s changed, I have not been by your office..As you JUST stated you didn't send my referral because I didn't come by and sign what procedure I want the surgeon to do.. She said I just sent it now.What? Her Lying is not good. I thought she said, she couldn't send referral without my decision of what procedure I decided on?? No follow though and lies..
