routine screening & cleaning. great w/ insurance, clean facilities,knowledgable staff, were concerned about my comfort, & answered all my questions. I am very pleased with Dr. Reidy and his staff and would recommend him to anyone.

I was charged an additional $50.00 to clean around my implant and it was not covered by insurance. I was told that there would be no additional charges when I made the appointment so this came as a very big shock. This was my first and last appointment with Dr. Reidy. The cleaning around the implant took approx. 1 min.

I never got a concise treatment plan. I got just the run around. It always seemed like they were hiding what the options were. What work that was done was way above what my insurance would cover and I had to make up the difference. The office staff was not knowledgeable or very friendly. Not very people oriented for the type of work they were doing. I would not recommend this dentist office and left while I could.

Dr Reidy, was fast in analysis, and charges a lot with our insurance for just a routine analysis for my husband when his cap was coming loose. When I called the office manager # given in their after hours message, no one called me back, and I was in extreme pain from an abcess. I had to call the office when the hours were open on Monday.

About Hygienist: Brenda is super nice, the other girl I think her name is Melissa, is rude, short, and I saw her so rude to an elderly patient that wanted to talk to the doctor. I am changing dentists pronto.

the worst service possible. poor follow up by staff. appointments are ofter messed up.

Following up.I spoke with front receptionist as to why she didn't follow up with my referral, she knew I needed a referral to see the surgeon, otherwise the Ins. Co.wouldn't pay. Now she's trying to blame me, use me as the excuse of their lack of follow through. She now states s that I was suppose to come to the office first and sign/ decide what procedure I wanted done by the surgeon. "Even without first seeing the surgeon". I reminded her per our conversation she would forward the paper work needed to the surgeon office and I could sign it there. She had assured me she would have the referral sent Prior to my appointment. She didn't and I couldn't go to the appointment that I was waiting weeks for!I So I said. OK What is it you need cause I now have a 2nd appointment scheduled and "HAVE" to get that referral. She said, Oh the surgeon has it! HOW? HOW do they have it now? nothing s changed, I have not been by your office..As you JUST stated you didn't send my referral because I didn't come by and sign what procedure I want the surgeon to do.. She said I just sent it now.What? Her Lying is not good. I thought she said, she couldn't send referral without my decision of what procedure I decided on?? No follow though and lies..

I had a bad tooth, I was told the tooth can be saved that I need to get a root canal. Then come back and they will do the crown.I went to specialist had root canal done, then came back to their office to start the crown. Now I am being told that I have to see another specialist, that I now do not have enough tooth left to support the crown?? Why not tell the patient this prior to sending them to get extra work done on the tooth? Why not say, hey by the way, your tooth is so bad, "You May Have To See A Surgeon After Your Root Canal Because There May Not Be Enough Tooth Left To Put A Crown On". It was painful getting the root canal done! Now I don't have enough tooth left to hold a crown? I was so shocked, it came out of left field. Now I decide to see the surgeon, and my appointment was for tomorrow. I have talked to the offfice several times making sure they send the referral, because if I don't have it my Insurance won't pay for the surgeon. Dr Reidy's office assured me both times the would take care of the referral. Guess What? Tomorrow "WAS" my appointment with the surgeon, but I had to "CANCEL" ! No one from Dr Reidy's office sent the surgeon a referral, and without it I would have to pay out of pocket !

Very nice dentist office from the outside. until you walk in and meet their rude, unhelpful, unorganized staff. These women treat HMO customers like we are somehow robbing them of their services. Right off the bat the finance woman made a rude comment about my HMO company. Since I have multiple family members on my plan it is important that they paid attention to each person's ID number. Well they didn't causing the wrong ID numbers to be submitted, making it look as if we didn't have insurance. I endured multiple rude phone calls, claiming i lied about my coverage and that they need their money or i will be turned into a collection agency! Now, a year after fixing THIER mistake, i have yet to receive a refund on the money i paid in order to not be turned into a collection agency. This place is HORRIBLE!!!

This is a dental mill, a factory. The office manager is not a nice person. It is close to my house, we don't have big dental issues that is why we stay.

This is a dental mill. You never get the same dentist twice. The office manager who might be his wife is a witch. We have been going to them for 10 years and because we haven't needed any serious work, we haven't bothered to switch, how hard is it to clean teeth.
