Pros: Good location, friendly staff, good work, knowledgeable dentist, minimal waits, Urich seems to be a good dentist.
Cons: Always selling the latest fad, costs always tend to be above what is approved by insurance. Communication: no follow up on billing, insurance, etc...
Summary: Good dentistry skills but feel like I'm on a used car lot.
About Hygienist: Tend to be fairly steady. I think I've had 2 in the last 5+ years.
