Office staff is very friendly. Remembers your name. Very personable. Dr. Urich is up on all the latest trends and technology including zoom tooth whitening. He is very gentle and laid back, yet provides you with the appropriate amount of information to make an informed decision. If you decide to wait (ie. tooth whitening, mouth guard, dental work, etc.), he doesn't pressure you. He was very gentle with my 3 year old and actually does the cleanings on his pediatric patients until as old as 10 years old. He is thorough but quick and takes both the kid's cues and also the mothers. If a child isn't ready for something, he backs off.
His costs are consistent with other dentists in the area. They accept most dental insurances and cash services.
