While I visited Dr. Greenhalgh's office for years, I never knew the extent of their caring and expertise until I had an unfortunate slip on some ice. My previous bridge was lost, I was in pain, and embarrassed to leave the house with a missing tooth & chipped teeth. They not only got me in that day, but made me a temporary replacement while my mouth was healing. It was now time for a permanent option, which is what I was presented with - several options. The best option was way out of my price range and (although I was panicking about the possibility of not having a permanent solution) I felt comfortable having an honest conversation with Dr. Greenhalgh. He earnestly listened to my concerns and came up with an alternative veneer/bridge option that would work and I could afford. I have never been more impressed with someone's professional integrity, understanding, and resourcefulness than at this moment! The final result is incredible and their attention to detail created a flawless match! While the preparation for the veneer was intimidating, Mary Ann kept it light-hearted and comfortable (the blankets, hand-treatments, and tv / headphones were helpful too). I am complimented on my smile often and have Dr. Greenhalgh to thank!
