We have seen Dr. Im three times. My son had three cavities that needed attention. I have only great things to say about Dr. Im and her support staff. Not only did they take the time to describe procedures but listened to our concerns since the news of cavities was quite shocking to us. Dr. Im was very patient with my son who did not want to cooperate with treatment. She spent hours with us at two different appointments. She did not give up. She gave us time to work on motivating our son to participate while seeing other patients and was in the end successful with the treatment. My son was very happy in the end, and the experience overall was good for him.
