DR. Thomas failed to deliver the standard of care following my dental surgery which resulted in unnecessary pain and anxiety. She did not look in my mouth when I followed up with her, she only made adjustments to my denture due to pain I was having. When i ask her why she didnt address the infection that was causing the pain, she denied she saw any infection. Red swollen pus isnt a sign of infection?
