Dr. Pickens is very kind and great at his job. He cares about his patients and wants them to go the rout that's best for them even if it means less income for him. He tries to do what's best for his patients as far treatment options and financial issues. My husband and I started going to his practice when we were newly weds and now, our 2 daughters, 23&20, also go to Dr. Pickens. I highly recommend this dentist as he is one of the best all around...they just don't make dentists like this anymore.

About Front Desk: Helpful and friendly. Penny is good about reminder calls and tries to work you into their extremely "booked" schedule in the best possible way.

About Hygienist: I've know 2 great ladies who work at this office and they are both very caring and professional.
