I had quite a saga with Dr. Phillips in his Frisco office (Frisco Dental Care). The good news is that he did eventually help me resolve the issue and did not continue to charge me to fix all of the treatments that did not solve the problem after a certain point in time.
The bad news is that there were a lot of mis-steps along the way. Without going into the gory details, what started as 2 cavities ended up costing me 2 crowns, 3 root canals and 3 years of pain an being unable to eat on 1 side of my mouth for that time. I'm not a dentist, but do feel that many of these mis-steps were avoidable as I've had a lot of dental work and only 1 other instance where any re-work had to be done at all.
After the work from Dr. Phillips, I went to a different dentist for 2 crowns & a bridge that needed to be replaced. All that work was done in less time with no pain at all and for less money.
About Hygienist: Mixed bag with the assistants. 2 of them are FANTASTIC! 2 of them were not as good.
