The entire staff is wonderful!!!
I had a crown put on and my teeth cleaned. When I found Dr. Phillips, he had been recommended by a good friend, I had had a terrible experience with another dentist(s) in Frisco. I was a basket case!!
Dr.Phillips helped fix this previously seen dentists' mistakes.He and his staff also made me feel comfortable and removed my "dentist anxiety" from what was previously unbelievably high, to a normal comfort level.
He and his staffed worked with my dental insurance company. I would, and have already, recommend Dr. Phillips to a friend and my husband. Anyone the needs an experienced dentist in the Frisco or surrounding areas, I would highly recommend them to go to Dr. Phillips for top dental care!!!! I am so grateful to the friend that led me to Dr. Phillips and his staff!!

I first went to Dr. Phillips at the Dallas location and followed him up to Frisco. In fact I now live 90 miles from his office, but I make the trip because I have that much faith in him and his staff
Excellent work, virtually no pain, reasonable dental costs and works well with my insurance company. I have no negative comments to make at all

I do think the best dentist in Frisco is Dr. Garry Phillips, I was in last week for a crown that broke, and of all places it was the one on the top in the very front. It was a large chip off almost half my tooth, and Dr. Phillips fixed it, and made a temporary for the moment that looks like my own. I am looking forward to doing the rest of my mouth and having the 20 year old smile back. He is very affordable, and honest. I love the assistants there and the hygienist. Even their Marketing Director came by to visit me and chat to take my mind off being nervous. I recommend this dentist to anyone!!
About Hygienist: The Hygienist , Allison is very gentle and fun loving, the very best of the best at Frisco Dental care!!!!!!!!

Dr. Phillips is great! He is the most honest, ethical and technically competent dentist I have ever visited. He will recommend only necessary services; nothing that you don't need. My husband's dental implant (done by a different dentist) cracked after only a couple of years. When my husband went to see the old dentist, he did not stand by his work and gave us a huge estimate to replace the implant. My husband went to see Dr. Phillips the next day, and his estimate came in several hundred dollars below the original dentist's. The work was done on time and for the agreed-upon price. Dr. Phillips is a seasoned professional, very consistent and I would recommend him to anyone. We also take two of our children (ages 7 and 9) there as well and they both love this office.

This has been the worst dentist office I've ever dealt with. Dealing with the Dallas office has been a series of stupid mistakes. 1) temporary crown installed with cement in between teeth casuing terrible hedaches. Took three trips over two weeks to finally get fixed. 2) Permanent crown came back from lab with a chip in it. 3) Teeth whitening trays did not fit. Asked for refund based on terrible result of trays and was refused. They took impressions for a 2nd set of trays but never called me back to let me know they were ready. 4) Front office was rude when dealing with fixing a billing mistake that was their fault.
Dr. Phillips is very nice and my review does not reflect on my opinoin of him as a person. In my opinion any one of these things may have been a normal mistake that I would not have thought anything of with an apology and the right attitude. I kept trying with them becasue they are literally 1 block from work making it convenient. In this case the price of convenience is too high.

I had quite a saga with Dr. Phillips in his Frisco office (Frisco Dental Care). The good news is that he did eventually help me resolve the issue and did not continue to charge me to fix all of the treatments that did not solve the problem after a certain point in time.
The bad news is that there were a lot of mis-steps along the way. Without going into the gory details, what started as 2 cavities ended up costing me 2 crowns, 3 root canals and 3 years of pain an being unable to eat on 1 side of my mouth for that time. I'm not a dentist, but do feel that many of these mis-steps were avoidable as I've had a lot of dental work and only 1 other instance where any re-work had to be done at all.
After the work from Dr. Phillips, I went to a different dentist for 2 crowns & a bridge that needed to be replaced. All that work was done in less time with no pain at all and for less money.
About Hygienist: Mixed bag with the assistants. 2 of them are FANTASTIC! 2 of them were not as good.

7 crowns over the years, all done with very little pain and all fit well. The office staff is excellent. Billing has never been a problem. Dr. Hughes has proven to be an equal to Dr. Phillips.

I had to switch to a new dentist because my insurance changed. I felt like Dr. Phillips and his staff were first rate. I have referred many friends to his office. The bridges he gave me were done with excellent workmanship. His hygentist is always friendly.

I have been using Dr. Phillips for over 6 years now! I was able to talk my husband, who was terrified of the dentist, into going to Dr. Phillips. My husband now reminds me of when it is time to go for a check up. We have both had excellent experiences with his office. His staff is wonderful, very little pain and the work is awesome. My husband had his front tooth replaced and it looks great! I have recommended many friends and even family to him!
