This has been the worst dentist office I've ever dealt with. Dealing with the Dallas office has been a series of stupid mistakes. 1) temporary crown installed with cement in between teeth casuing terrible hedaches. Took three trips over two weeks to finally get fixed. 2) Permanent crown came back from lab with a chip in it. 3) Teeth whitening trays did not fit. Asked for refund based on terrible result of trays and was refused. They took impressions for a 2nd set of trays but never called me back to let me know they were ready. 4) Front office was rude when dealing with fixing a billing mistake that was their fault.
Dr. Phillips is very nice and my review does not reflect on my opinoin of him as a person. In my opinion any one of these things may have been a normal mistake that I would not have thought anything of with an apology and the right attitude. I kept trying with them becasue they are literally 1 block from work making it convenient. In this case the price of convenience is too high.
