Facilities were dirty. There was dust and whatnot all over the floors and the floorboards were filthy. The machinery looked like it came from the early 80's. The receptionists were unclear with scheduling and led me to believe that I would be getting a cleaning that day, which was apparently not the case, thus leaving me charged with two seperate appointments to pay for. Once I got my cleaning, I was fairly pleased to have my teeth cleaned...or perhaps I was just pleased for the whole thing to be over with.
