Dr. Hogue is quiet and unassuming, but very personable. Exams seem to be thorough. Costs seem to no greater than other general dentists. Costs for same procedure as done by specialist was less. Waiting area is not elaborate, but the longest I ever had to wait was about 15 minutes for which they apologized. Customer service and treatment were great. They try to relieve the stress and anxiety as best they can....for me, dental work always seems stressful. Dental hygienest, Cindy, is great. I have my teeth cleaned 3 - 4 times per year and she is great. Good conversation helps to distraact from the procedures. I have recommended Dr. Hogue to family and friends. Everyone is helpful and none of my questions were ever unanswered or 'side stepped'. When one specialist recommended a fairly radical and costly procedure, another less agressive speciaist was recommended. The latter recommended much less agressive and less costly procedures which were able to be performed by Dr. Hogue and his staff, therefore saving time and money.
