I went to him to have a crown replaced and a bridge for a tooth I had lost. It took more than a year to complete the work. I do not know where he ordered the bridge work and crown, but it took several weeks on each of four occasions.
But the primary cause of my waiting a year was that he only works Monday through Thursday. And, he is usually sick or has an emergency on Thursday. Once his receptionist reported that he had food poisoning. Another time he came down with some unknown desease. Today, the excuse was that he had a family member who died. Yeah right! It is really convenient that all his miseries happen on the last day of his work week so that he can take a long weekend.
His staff do not call until a couple of hours before the appoint to let me know it is cancelled. I have lost several hours sick leave because I took time off to go to his office for an appointment only to have them cancel it at the last minute.
The reason I was going to see him today was because the crown came off the second time in 6 months. If I had not paid him up front, I would have quit him a year ago. This has been a nightmare!!
