I recently moved to the area and so picked Seigel & Moeller rather randomly, which was a major mistake. The horrible woman receptionist should have been my first clue: she actually hung up on me the first time I called to make an appointment!
I persevered, and finally got in to see Dr. Seigel for some pain I was having (after the receptionist implied that I was lying to her about it). When I tried to speak to him about the rude treatment I received, he wouldn't even talk to me. He barely spent any time with me and didn't even sit my chair up to speak to me, so that I was left staring up at him while he told me he didn't see anything in my teeth (a two minute exam after a 45 minute wait.)
I thought the head receptionist's outright rudeness was an exception; it turns out she was indicative of the entire office and the overall experience.
