This practice is run like a circus-- anyone seeking quality dental care should avoid these people. I received a call the Friday before my Monday morning appointment to confirm I'd be there. I showed up on Monday morning and the secretary was unapologetically late. After 10 minutes of awkward silence sitting in the dark office, she rudely said the "necessary staff weren't going to make it in on time" and I wouldn't be seen that morning. They offered a next day appointment so I chalked it up to an honest mistake and that they'd go out of their way to make me feel like a valued patient. I was wrong. The next morning as I waited to be called back to see Nottingham, I politely asked the secretary what the out of pocket expense would be. She looked at me as if she'd never been asked that question and that she didn't know how to figure it out. She became frustrated when I wouldn't accept "I don't know" as an answer. She went back to the dental hygienist (I could hear their conversation), misrepresented the situation to her, which led the hygienist to loudly say, "Well if he doesn't like it then he can go somewhere else!!!!" (While cleaning another patient's teeth). I did go somewhere else and am glad I did. I'm still pinching myself in disbelief that this happened and that Nottingham still hasn't called to apologize on behalf of employees. I don't know what world these people are living in but trust me when I say you're better off keeping them out of yours.
