i first saw dr cunnigham when i was 12 years old. he performed my orthognathic surgery. about 13 years later i started having some other problems and returned to his office. when i smiled, he immediately recognized me. dr cunnigham and his staff are always professional and helpful when i visit their office, whether it is just walking in the door and being greeted or figuring out my insurance coverage or scheduling my next appointment with my challenging schedule. dr c always takes great care when examining me or performing any procedure ( and i am hard to numb). all the nurses/assistants are professional and to a great job putting you at ease. i am not too sure on cost b/c my insurance usually covers everything and i just have to pay my co-pay.
