Has no regard for patient care, only wants money! Extremely rude and Dr. Stratmann spoke to me as if I was a child with no knowledge at all of dental care. Lynne the office manager did the same. Highly recommend that no one should deserve to be treated like this. Thankfully I found another DDS for my children who is very loving and caring with a wonderful staff! I have no idea how she's stays in business! Seems that she just cheats people out of their money... I'm going to pray for her!

About Front Desk: Lynne the office manager is a liar!

My daughter had 7 cavities and a tooth reconstruction done with Dr.Robin Stratmann. Dr.Stratmann is truly a great doctor. She is inteligent, very experienced very competant, polite, to the point. If you are looking for an honest , very experienced doctor for your child, she is the one.

About Front Desk: the frontt desk staff was so kind, well organized, very informative, answered all my questions, took care of all the insurance side, and even followed up with a call in the afternoon to check up on my daughter. Truly wonderful service

My 3yr old was taken in for a swollen jaw, he had an absess. Dr. Stratmann examined him and found he needed an extraction on 1 possiably 2 teeth. I then got a $3400 .00 treatment plan, every tooth in his mouth needed work. I was shocked. I wanted to have treatment done on what was hurting him first then proceed with the rest of treatment. I was told that her protocol was if she could not treat at least half then she would not see him. Again I was shocked. Seadtion or not I am paying the cost. My child was in no shape to have all this work done when the absess needed to be taken care of first. My mother has been a Practice manager for years in the dental field and was shocked as well. It all came down to collections!! Not taking care of the patient. Dr. Stratmann for sure rates at the bottom of the barrell. So sad that she has lost sight of what is most important. It's dentist like this that give all others a bad reputation. I will never ever recommended her. On the good note, a wonderful pediatric dentist in the Woodlands took care of my little one. He only needed half of what Dr. Stratman stated that he needed. Everything has been done and he is smileing again!! No thanks to Dr. Stratmann of course.

My oldest son has been with this office for 15 years but within the last 5 years Ive started taking my smaller kids...The assistants are rude, they yell at the kids, their patience are short, they really dont want parents to accompany most kids, they reprimand your children, and basically bully you into scheduling appointments (for $$$, not patient care). I have excellent insurance so I feel its not about the kids..its about collecting $$. Looking into switching dentists.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff is OK... rest of staff RUDE. The doctor and office manager are the nicest people there.

Dr . Stratmann and her staff were first rate. From the initial consultation with my son, through his extensive work, and their follow up, they were extremely wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Stratmann. I won't be taking my kids anywhere else now. Dr. Stratmann saved us money by being able to do a filling instead of a crown AND a couple weeks after my sons dental work, we got a letter from their office that we had a $142 refund. Can't beat that!!!!!

I took my child (that is 6 years old) to see Dr. Stratmann because he was having a tooth ache. When we went to the appointment they took x-rays and did a exam. They called me back to tell me everything that needed work and gave me a price quote. I asked them if they could give my child some lidocaine to help with the pain. They told me that I just need to use orajel. Two days later my child's jaw stared to swell so I went to the dentist office to see if they will give him a antibiotic. They told me that the dentist could do that but would not do it because my child needed a shot to get a boost of the antibiotic and that I needed to go to are family doctor. So I called are family Doctor and took my child in to be seen by are family doctor and they told me that the dentist should of given my child the antibiotic and something for the pain my child is in. I made a few calls to find another dentist and when I found one that was cheaper they asked me if I could get the x-rays from the other dentist I told them that I should be able to get them. Well when I called to get the x-rays I was told that I could not get them until they could make copies of them and that they will not let the original leave the office so I called the new dentist up and told them what they had said and they called to get the x-rays well they were told that they could not get the x-rays until late the following week because they only make copies on Fridays only. So the new dentist called me back and told me that since Dr. Stratmann's office was being impossible that they were going to take there own x-rays and not charge me for them. I am a cash customer we do not have any dental insurance so we are having to pay for everything are selves. I just wanted to let other parents know that Dr. Stratmann is not a good dentist and not to take your child there because they DO NOT CARE ABOUT A CHILD IN PAIN and anyone that has ever had a tooth ache knows that they hurt a lot and for a child that pain is not good. My child's teeth are very important to me and there is no way that I will let my child be in pain due to incompetence. I also found out that Dr. Stratmann's office is way over priced compared to the other dentist that I called as a matter of fact they run around $100 to $150 more then other dentist around and there is no difference between the ones I called to get price quotes from. Please save your self some money and save your child from pain and go to a dentist that cares about your child's health and not about how much money they can get from the parents.

My son was to have braces on for 18 months for some very minor issues (small gap in front teeth and slight overbite). We are going on 4 years now, still has on braces. They overcharge, overtreat, overbook appoints, staff is rude, Dr Stratman is impatient and abrupt/sharp when speaking with young children. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Horrible, horrible experience. Beware.

Child has been wearing braces for 2 1/2 years and seems to have not made any progress at all. Once all money was paid in convenient payment plan it seemed harder to make appointments either early in the morning or after school. Those times just were not available to us any more. Should have walked out during initial consultation when assistant or whatever her job is was discussing the treatment with us she said in front of my child that she did not have a picture as bad as my childs teeth looked. Almost three years later her teeth have not changed and they are beautiful. We will be leaving her practice for another. My suggestion is to stay away!!!!!!!!!

We have used Dr. Stratmann for years. For several years, there was attention to personal care. Over the years, she has hired many people and my children are suffled from dentist to dentist and hygienest to hygienest. In the past 3 years, I have only had Dr. Stratman come out one time to speak with us and parents are not allowed in the back with children. If we have a question regarding ortho, the people who she sends out can't answer the question. Don't use her office. It seems the concern has gone from patients to money.
