My son was to have braces on for 18 months for some very minor issues (small gap in front teeth and slight overbite). We are going on 4 years now, still has on braces. They overcharge, overtreat, overbook appoints, staff is rude, Dr Stratman is impatient and abrupt/sharp when speaking with young children. I would never recommend this office to anyone.
Horrible, horrible experience. Beware.
