I was new to Spring area in 2010 and I noticed her in the local magazine "Living" and that she was close to my house, so I thought I would try her. Big mistake. I've never had a dentist that I felt this way about. My issues: i've never had but maybe 1 or 2 cavities at a time and most visits no cavities. She came up with 11 cavities and/or fillings that need replaced. After working on 5/6 teeth, and going home in pain, having to come back two times for the pain in my wisdom tooth, she didn't fix it, instead she cracked my wisdom tooth, and didn't know it, and that was causing my pain. She kept pushing the Veneers each visit, I began to realize she's in it for the money. I went to another dentist that my husband was using And he had to pull that wisdom tooth because it was too far gone. The other teeth, five of them, that she wanted to change out fillings in, they suggested not to because the teeth were fine and the fillings were fine. My sister was a dental hygienist and told me not to let Dr Grahm change them out as well. Only if there was problems in those teeth and there weren't!!! She sure likes her picture in the "living" magazine. I saw her on the cover which prompted me that I needed to put my review in here.

To be frank I'm shocked by the previous reviews. Dr. Emily Graham and her staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived I was greeted professionally and with a very sympathetic touch. I was in need of significant dental work and had put the process off far too long. From the receptionist, to the dental hygienist to Dr. Graham herself they made what I thought would be a agonizing experience into first class treatment. They recommended Lumineers which I was unfamiliar with to correct several damaged teeth which I was terribly self conscientiousness of. They took the time to educate me about the benefits, costs and rewards. By the end of the second visit I had a new smile and couldn't be happier. I would strongly recommend her to friends, family and anyone who feels that they should get five star VIP service from their dentist!

About Front Desk: Always greeted with a smile and by the second visit they knew me by name. What a great way to start off a trip to the dentist!

Do not use this dentist. They are more concerned over the glitz and glamour than the patient. I had work done on a Wednesday and ended up in the ER on Friday. I had an infection that should have been cleared up prior to any work done. I asked for my money back which of course they refused.

I had a bridge replaced. It took several visits to get the temp to stay on since they never could find time to do it right. I got cement from them to use myself so I could quit relying on them for this action. The bridge went well but very expensive along with their "charge for more" at all costs plan they tell their employees to use.

About Front Desk: Front desk is a revolving door. Had a great lady up there at one time but she must have got caught being fair with patients.

About Hygienist: Always upselling you. They can't just do what you ask but they have to upsell you at all opportunities when it comes to additional treatment and soaking your insurance/bank account.

Hygiene time: 65

Dr. Graham repaired a chip tooth and did 3 fillings. My repair on my tooth lasted less then a year and I'm now having to fix TWO of the fillings since they are failing. Very expensive.

Wow I will never recommend this office to anyone. The staff is very nice but the dental work and billing is pretty bad. I came to Dr. Grahams office for the first time for a tooth ache. Each of the staff members I saw that day were shocked at my fractured tooth and could not believe I have been living with this tooth ache for so long. They also told me that I needed a gum treatment for the periodontal disease that I had. I was told I needed at root canal and crown. At that initial visit, I was asked by the good dentist why I was resistant to having had my 4 molars removed. I am over 40 and was told that I should have already had them removed and that she could arrange for me to have a root canal , my molars removed, and a gum treatment all at the same time. She noticed that I grew anxious about the news and offered IV sedation. She let me know that it would take a couple of days to recover but that I could be back at work without a problem. I took off from work for two days so that I would have time to recover only to find that the surgeon refused to take out my wisdom teeth. He asked why I insisted on having them out at my age. I told him the dentist recommended it. He also told me it would take at least 7 days to recover from the swelling I would have after having to cut away much of the bone to remove my molars. Two of them are not even erupted. The other two are partially erupted. I recovered from the root canal and the trauma of being told two different opinions about my wisdom teeth. It took over one month to get my crown and in that time the temporary feel out 5 times. the day after the final time they glued the temporary I started to have significant pain in my gum and it became swollen. I called their after hours line and did not receive a call back for over 24 hours. I took off from work yet again to have it checked. Now it turns out that I have a tooth infection which will require another root canal. Seriously, I just had X-rays which shows the dying tooth. Why was that not picked up on initial evaluation. I go back for another root canal - FUN. At that time they do the gum treatment. I was not set up for a follow up as it was documented for me to do so in the dentist notes two weeks later. I have to call to ask when I am supposed to come back. But guess what the first crown one month after being cemented , falls out while I am brushing and flossing! I call and Dr. Graham says she reviewed Dr. Bonham's notes and he used the wrong cement for the type of crown I have. All of this and I was told to pay for the root canal, molar extractions, and sedation up front. I had additional services of a second root canal and gum cleaning. I have a credit but no final bill. I was told they owe me some but would credit it to any future services or they can transfer it to a family member. When I asked for reimbursement they said they need to sit down with me and go over line by line charges with me because I was never charged for molar extractions. Remember, I paid upfront. The great inconsistencies, inconveniences, and poor dental work which required multiple trips back and more time off from work coupled with the overcharging for services ( some which were not rendered) prompted me to write this review. I think people should know and be cautious.

I scheduled an appt. with DDS Emily Graham's office staff a week in advance and had to take a day off from work. Dr. Emily Grahams' office requested my insurance information and I provided it. Upon arrival for my appointment they kept me waiting for 30 mins., then they had me fill out some forms. After 20 more mins. the office staff memeber said they did not honor my insurance. But the unprofessional way Dr Grahams staff tried not assuming responsibility for their error was very disapoiniting

So expensive. Did a cost a treatment estimate of over 20,000 dollars and all had to paid on completion when did I want to schedule??? After the shock I never called back and they didn't either. Went to another dentist, and did not NEED half of the items, had fillings not crowns, and all the other expensive options. Get a second opinion!! Self proclaimed BEST Dentist. Lose the ego...focus on the patient.

Over priced uncaring service. My wife had very bad experience. Missed diagnosis, so called expert could not even fix her problem with her tooth. She was in great pain and they told her to come back in two days when another dentist would be there. I had her come to my dentist. Fixed the problem right away. So called "cracked" tooth not there. His xray proved it. When they were told of my dentist opinion, front office staff ridiculed my wife saying that my dentist was not a "specialist." I am glad he wasn't. He fixed her problem right away and did not charge her an arm and a leg. Very uncaring attitude at Dr. Grahams office.....all the way down to the office staff. They like to bait and switch you. They told my wife that all that they had on staff was a specialist. Charged $144 for wrong diagnosis and said that he could not fix her problem. My wife has spent a lot of money over the years. Very poor customer service.
