Dr. Jennifer Pham is fantastic!! I have been her patient for over fifteen years. It takes a strong combination of excellent patient care, attention to detail, extensive knowledge in one’s field and consummate professionalism to motivate me in driving from Spring, Texas to the Galleria area all these years. Her staff is equally wonderful. They always greet me enthusiastically and are always genuinely concerned for my well-being. I can’t imagine going to any other dentist and I look forward to many more years of being Dr. Pham’s patient.

I have read many reviews, but I am not quite sure about the reviews, so I went ahead to make a call to schedule an appointment to do the filling, root canal+crown for my teeth. Dr. Pham seemed all right at first when explaining the issue. She told me that she’s going to give me a special discount, pay a small amount out of my pocket with my insurance. I thought that was nice of her, and went ahead let her do it, but it was turned out a nightmare with all the works she done. The next appointment that I told Dr. Pham to correct the problems, but she refused to do it. I called the insurance to explain and got shock to know my insurance balance about empty, she claimed the maximum to my insurance. Dr. Pham was inexperienced, unprofessional, a very rude person, and also a cheater. No wonder why all the patients don’t want to return after their first visit. I hope this will help whoever don't know about Dr. Pham

I had her service with Jennifer Pham dentist, but she had no experience at all, especially, doing root canal and crown for your teeth. She's also charged too much for the price to your insurance or someone without insurance than other dentist. Her personality was very cruel, get high tempered easily, and a dishonest person. All she did is trying to collect your money and your insurance money without a good result and quality. I stopped coming here and sharing it with all my friends and family on Facebook and Twitter. I don't recommend this dentist to anyone.

WARNING...do not step foot into this office. Dr. Jennifer Pham is rude and incompetent. She caused my tooth to hurt for a month and did not return 4 phone calls to her office regarding my pain.
I asked for my records and she also cannot seem to accommodate to this simple request. She lost her partner Dr. Lim who was a really sweet dentist that my kids loved seeing. I hope Dr. Lim has made a wise decision is distancing her from this quack of a dentist who does not care. Dr. Pham even pushed on my arm several times aggressively in her anger at m questions about how long the tooth pain would last. CANNOT tell you how unprofessional Dr. Pham is. DR. PHAM does injustice to the qualified hard working dentists in the world, she needs to learn how to listen and talk to patients in pain.
About Front Desk: Alexandria is probably trying her best but with Dr. Pham in the office, there is serious lack of leadership and quality control. I have left messages with her to ask Dr. Pham to all me back- no return calls after 4 messages.

Before I went to Dr. Pham's office, I called to check if she could perform an exam on my 4-year old. The answer was, "Yes, Dr. Pham sees children also."
After the oral exam and cleaning my 4-year old's teeth, Dr. Pham proceeded to tell me that my child needed a cavity worked on, and she gave me a list of dentists in the area who could do the work on children. At this point, I told Dr. Pham that I called before my visit to check if she did work on kids, and was told, "Yes." However, Dr. Pham continued by telling me that she doesn't do that kind of work on children.
I now felt disgusted that I had just used up my child's dental benefit for the year for the dentist to tell me she only takes xrays and brushes children's teeth (with a toothbrush), but does nothing else.
I would never recommend this dentist because I don't feel she was forthright or honest, but would rather use up expensive dental benefits for quick cleanings (she was paid more than $120 by my dental insurance for less than 10 minutes of work), but she didn't provide the services or work my child needed.

Dr. Pham Has been amazing, I went to 2-3 other dentist before deciding on Dr.Pham. She is the first one that i really felt my oral health was the main concern.
She helped come up with a plan that focused on removing any infection I had as well as restoring my smile, And best of all she was able to work around my budget. She was the first dentist I went to that didn't see dollar signs in my mouth.
I would highly recommend Dr. Pham, She was very professional, As well as extremely skilled.
I walked out after having a tooth pulled and was wondering why I wasn't in pain.
