WARNING...do not step foot into this office. Dr. Jennifer Pham is rude and incompetent. She caused my tooth to hurt for a month and did not return 4 phone calls to her office regarding my pain. I asked for my records and she also cannot seem to accommodate to this simple request. She lost her partner Dr. Lim who was a really sweet dentist that my kids loved seeing. I hope Dr. Lim has made a wise decision is distancing her from this quack of a dentist who does not care. Dr. Pham even pushed on my arm several times aggressively in her anger at m questions about how long the tooth pain would last. CANNOT tell you how unprofessional Dr. Pham is. DR. PHAM does injustice to the qualified hard working dentists in the world, she needs to learn how to listen and talk to patients in pain.

About Front Desk: Alexandria is probably trying her best but with Dr. Pham in the office, there is serious lack of leadership and quality control. I have left messages with her to ask Dr. Pham to all me back- no return calls after 4 messages.
