Great office and staff! Very attentive and professional. All my family sees dr Palmer kids included. They have cartoons and treasure box! Highly recommend.

everyone was friendly and there was no waiting time; Dr. Palmer and his team all are very knowledgeable and professional; highly recommend this office

Though I am generally uncomfortable receiving dental care, Dr. Palmer and his staff have always helped me deal with my anxiety with their caring and compassionate service. I have recommended to several friends and family because of this.

I started seeing Dr. Palmer after my CEREC doctor of 20 years died from a heart attack. CEREC is the best in world class for crowns and veneers. I interviewed 20 of the best dentists in Houston and chose Dr. Palmer. It takes 4 things to me my dentist: 1. Medical Knowledge and state of the art technology and facility. Every modern dentist has to be both a doctor and have the skills of a jeweler to take care of those precious gems in your mouth. He stands behind his work. 2. Demeanor and Compassion. As we age we all have more anxiety and stress about those visits. He is a humorous and good natured person who doesn't admonish patients about ANYTHING and allows you to maintain your self esteem and dignity. 3. A friendly staff, and timeliness. He has a very friendly staff and high rate of appreciation about TIMELINESS for appointments of over 90% (which reduces stress). Have the courtesy to call them if you are running late or behind for your appointment so you don't inconvenience him or other patients who need care or are experiencing an emergency. Just a courteous phone call goes a long way to everyone besides just YOU. 4. Financing and long term planning. He will work with you on short and long term goals about financing.

Dr. Palmer is a great dentist! He and his staff are extremely nice and exceptional at their jobs. I am particularly happy with the in-office whitening I had done. The results were fantastic and beyond what I expected.

Dr Palmer is very concerned about the health of my teeth & watches out for any indications of trouble. He is very calm & that tends to help my stressed out feelings while having dental work done! I would highly recommend him!!
