I love going to the dentist ,thank you Dr.Neu. He is the most extraordinary man and dentist,PLEASE do not retire any time soon!!!!

Dr. Neu is the best: honest, conservative treatment. He's done all my cleanings for years, cavities, and one implant. I couldn't be happier. He has the best staff, and everyone is very relaxed and patient with you. And you can watch TV while he's working!

Excellent dentist; excellent chairside assistant; excellent staff.
Dr. Neu has a great charside attitude, also.

I suppose the reason I have continued to go to Dr. Neu is because above all, his patient's wellbeing is most important.. He is sensitive to a patient's fears. Once when I had to have a root canal and was fearful of the noise and not being able to speak or communicate my fears, Dr Neu provided soft music in a set of earphones which deafened the drill's noice and a rubber ducky squeaky toy that I could squeak when I wanted to catch his attention and stop drilling for a moment so I could gather up more courage to go on. My anxiety has turned to trust over these years but sometimes I still need that squeaky toy. BTW, his jokes are lame but I try to laugh anyway!

Dr. Arnold Neu ....
Is one of the finest dental practioners I have ever met.
He has been my dentist for several years and has performed a
variety of procedures. He has done root canals (as close to
painless as can be imagined), pulled teeth, filled cavities and
done some cosmetic work as well as capped some teeth.
He is always the consumate artist at his profession. He
explains what he is doing and what is going on when he works on your teeth. He is the most sensitive and gentle Dentist possible all the while inspiring that honest security you feel in watching a John Wayne movie.
Dr. Neu's staff all reflect the same total professional dedication to excellence in dental care, customer kindness and friendliness. If I sound like I am very satisfied with my dentist, I am. A brief anecdote about Dr. Neu is that on my fourth or fifth
visit, I found out he was very good friends with my previous dentist of many years until his retirement, Dr.Claude Pawlik,
past president of the Texas Dental Association.
To sum up my opinion : Dr. Neu is a Dentist who takes his
profession to the highest levels of the Medical Arts.
