I was new patient because I had recently moved to Houston at the time.
I thought a top notch dentist office would provide ultra sonic cleaning.. but not
I received the old fashioned teeth cleaning which just isn't as good as new procuedures
available. When I asked the assistant about it she didn't have a good response.
This was after she finished.
The dentist didn't have much chair side personality or welcome me as a new patient.
I just didn't click with her style which is fine but I didn't feel very good about the visit after I left.
I did send a letter about my visit and received no response.
