Dr Baker performed two root canals follwed by two upper front crowns. The cowns FELL OFF on FOUR separate occassions; were of the wrong color and wrong shape. I am being forced to initiate legal action against Dr Baker so that another qualified dentist can re-do these two crowns.
If you live in Westlake, I would strongly suggest that you consider just about any other dentist before even thinking about Dr. David A. Baker !1
